The best power dialers in 2026: a buyer's guide

A power dialer is the fastest way to turn a call list into conversations. This guide compares six well known options on the facts that change your results and your bill: lines per rep, price, who pays for minutes, and how each one fits your CRM.

No card needed. Everything included except paid add-ons.

Updated October 12, 2026. Competitor facts are from each vendor's own website, as of October 2026.

What is the best power dialer?

The best power dialer is the one that matches how your team sells. Teams that live in a CRM and want more live conversations per hour should look for multi-line dialing, voicemail drop and results written back to the contact. Zeneth Dialer does all three for $49 per rep per month.

A power dialer calls the next contact on your list as soon as the last call ends, so reps stop typing numbers and stop waiting between calls. The tools below all do that. Where they differ is how many numbers they dial at once, what they charge, whether calling minutes are included, and how much of the call result lands back in your CRM without anyone typing it.

Power dialer comparison table

Kixie and Zeneth Dialer dial up to 4 lines per rep, WAVV's Multi Line plan dials up to 3, and PhoneBurner dials one contact at a time. Orum and Nooks offer parallel dialing but do not publish prices. Zeneth Dialer runs on your own Twilio account, so Twilio bills your minutes.

The six dialers at a glance

Zeneth Dialer

Zeneth Dialer is a multi-line power dialer that opens inside your CRM. Reps dial up to 4 lines at once, the first person who answers is connected, and the other lines stop. Answering machine detection leaves the rep's recorded voicemail for the rep, and every result is saved to the contact as a tag and a call note. Calls run on your own Twilio account with local caller ID from your own numbers. It costs $49 per rep per month after a 14-day free trial.

WAVV

WAVV is an embedded power dialer that works inside CRMs and lists HubSpot among its integrations. Its Single Line plan starts at $99 per seat per month and its Multi Line plan starts at $149 per seat per month with up to 3 dialing lines per seat. Both include unlimited minutes, call recordings and 1 free phone number. Read our WAVV alternative page for a side by side.

PhoneBurner

PhoneBurner is a one-to-one power dialer: it places calls one at a time and states it has no abandoned calls. Plans run from $140 to $183 per user per month billed annually, with 1-click voicemails, a built-in CRM and more than 100 integrations. See the PhoneBurner alternative comparison.

Kixie

Kixie is a business phone and dialer platform. Its Multi-Line PowerDialer plan dials up to 4 lines at once, and all plans include voicemail drop, call recording and unlimited US and Canada minutes. Kixie does not list prices on its pricing page. See the Kixie alternative page.

Orum and Nooks

Orum and Nooks are parallel dialers aimed at outbound sales development teams. Both include parallel dialing and voicemail drops, and both price by quote rather than publishing a number. Orum's free trial is limited to 500 dials.

How do you choose a power dialer?

Choose on five things: how many lines a rep can dial at once, whether results write back to your CRM without typing, what you pay per rep and per minute, whether caller ID shows local numbers you own, and whether the dialer respects do not disturb flags and recording consent. Test with your own list during a free trial.

  1. Lines per rep. One line keeps every connect clean but caps your pace. Multi-line dialing gets more people on the phone per hour. Learn how it works in our multi-line dialer guide.
  2. CRM fit. If reps have to copy outcomes by hand, your data decays. Look for dialing from CRM tags and smart lists and hands-free write back of the result.
  3. Total cost. Add the seat price to calling costs. Some tools include minutes in the seat price. Zeneth Dialer charges a flat seat price and your calls are billed by your own Twilio account.
  4. Caller ID and number health. Local numbers you own, spam flag monitoring and SHAKEN/STIR guidance protect your answer rate over time.
  5. Compliance features. Do not disturb respected, a consent notice before recording, and a plan for people who answer when no rep is free.

Is a power dialer the same as a parallel dialer?

Not quite. A classic power dialer calls one contact at a time and moves to the next when the call ends. A parallel or multi-line dialer calls several contacts at once and connects the first person who answers. Zeneth Dialer does both: reps pick 1 to 4 lines per session.

Parallel dialing raises the number of live conversations per hour because most calls are not answered. The tradeoff is that two people can answer at nearly the same time. Zeneth Dialer handles that case: if someone answers when no rep is free, they hear a short message and get a callback.

Which power dialer is best for small sales teams?

Small teams usually do best with a browser-based dialer that needs no download, works inside the CRM they already use, has a flat per-rep price and offers a free trial long enough to test real lists. Zeneth Dialer fits that profile with a 14-day trial and a $49 seat.
